Chop up garlic, onion, and parsley. Cook together with 1 lb. hamburger.

Simmer 45 minutes to thinken.

Mix oregano, parsley, parmesan with cottage cheese (or ricotta)

Layer sauce, cheesy stuff, and noodles. No need to pre-cook noodles.

Top off with mozzarella.

Heat 45 min, till bubbling a bit, and you're done!
