| TRIAL 2 | # | # | # | # | # |
| TRIAL 3 | # | # | # | # | # |
STEP 5: Now raise the mass from 10Kg to 19Kg and fire. Put the results in for TRIAL 2.
STEP 6: Now lower the mass to 1Kg and record the results in TRIAL 3.
STEP 7: Look at your results. What do you notice? Attach a sheet of paper and write a paragraph describing what happens when the mass of a projectile changes.
STEP 8: Do a study of how the launch angle affects the
range of the projectile.
Mess around with the angle and try to find what angle
gives the biggest range.
What happens when you use small angles (like 10°)
or big angles (like 80°)?
Make a data table like the one above. Do as many trials as you
think you need to.
STEP 9: Report the results and analysis of your trials on your attached sheet.
